I’m a Software Engineer II at Microsoft with experience across startups and MNCs, having been a sole developer in early-stage teams and part of large, distributed systems in production. I’ve cracked multiple big-tech interviews myself and interviewed 200+ candidates for software roles, so I understand both sides of the table.
As a mentor, I’m very hands-on and practical. I like to go beyond “LeetCode grind” and help you think like an engineer: breaking down problems, communicating clearly, and making smart tradeoffs. We’ll work on real interview patterns, but also on the story you tell through your resume, projects, and experiences.
What usually helps my mentees most is my honesty and structure: I’ll tell you exactly where you stand, what’s missing, and how to close the gap with a focused plan, while keeping things friendly, encouraging, and grounded in real-world experience.
