How free sessions work
Each membership tier includes a number of free mentoring sessions per month.
Sessions count when booked
A free session slot is reserved the moment you confirm a booking with a mentor.
Auto-refunded on cancel
If you or the mentor cancels, or the mentor doesn't show up, your session slot is automatically returned.
No-shows still count
If you don't attend a booked session, the slot is consumed. Always cancel in advance if you can't make it.
Need more sessions? Overage sessions are billed at the rate shown for your tier.
Upgrade anytime — downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period.
