I’m a Staff Software Engineer working on large-scale, ads systems, with experience building and operating complex products in high-impact environments.
Over the years, I’ve helped engineers navigate some of the hardest (and least documented) parts of career growth in tech, particularly the jump from mid-level to Senior. This includes system design depth, interview strategy, and understanding how performance, scope, and impact are actually evaluated at senior levels.
