AI Strategy Lead and AI Officer at Bosch Global
AI Strategy Lead at Bosch | 12+ years across AI, product, and software | Enterprise AI deployment, AI governance, and leadership | Helping professionals turn AI into real business impact.
I am an AI Strategy Lead at Bosch in Germany, where I help business units identify, prioritize, and roll out AI solutions with measurable business value.
In my current role, I support the adoption of many AI solutions with significant expected annual savings, and I contribute to enterprise AI governance aligned with the EU AI Act across around 40,000 employees and over 2,000 IT applications.
Before this, I led data centric software and AI platform adoption in an internal Bosch service organization. I built and scaled a 30+ engineering organization across Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, and India. Earlier in my career, I worked as software engineer, product owner, project manager, and startup founder, which gives me a practical view across strategy, execution, and leadership.
I can help mentees in four main areas: turning AI ideas into deployable business value, navigating AI governance and stakeholder alignment, growing from technical expert into product or people leadership, and making smart career decisions in AI, data, and software organizations.
My mentoring style is practical, structured, and honest. I like working on real situations such as career transitions, stakeholder challenges, role positioning, strategy narratives, and concrete plans for AI adoption. My goal is not just to discuss ideas, but to help you leave with sharper thinking and clear next steps.
Outside work, I founded GenAI Gurus and previously founded TinyML Germany. I also mentor through DeepLearning.AI and The Mentoring Club, review technical books, and enjoy helping people grow at the intersection of AI, technology, leadership, and long term career strategy. I hold PMP and TOGAF certifications.
