My name is Bahar Erdoğan and my career path comes with 16 years of experience as a Marketing and Communications professional.
All along, I have been working in purpose-driven companies and tried to advocate for great talents that are overlooked or lost their voice (some even never got the chance to express their journey and needs).

And I am here to support you in your journey and create a safe space where you can share your concerns.

Offering more than a decade of experience in the Middle East/GCC, I am happy to share different learnings and perspectives that are the result of international and intentional projects working with more than 100 cultures. I realised my dream and run now my own company.
