Hello! I’m Swati, a passionate professional with over 15 years of dynamic experience in Talent Acquisition, primarily within the Tech Industry. My career journey began with sourcing and transactional recruitment, gradually evolving into a strategic business partner role where I collaborate closely with senior leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals. Originally from India, I have been residing in Germany for more than a decade, where I have immersed myself in end-to-end hiring processes.

Throughout my career, I've developed an expertise in recruiting for R&D (Engineering) functions across the EMEA region. My experience also extends into non-tech domains, including HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and various other business-related roles. Currently, I hold a hands-on TA manager position where I lead a team of talented tech recruiters. This leadership role has pushed me beyond my comfort zone, providing invaluable lessons in management and team dynamics.

My guiding philosophy is to embrace even the smallest opportunities and transform them into impactful outcomes. I am dedicated to continuous learning and self-improvement, especially as I navigate the challenges of leadership in the Talent Acquisition industry. I am eager to connect with others who can share their insights and experiences, as I believe that collaboration and shared knowledge are essential to growth in this field.
